Biddeford's ArtWalk takes place on the Final Friday of the month, from 5-8pm, in various venues throughout downtown and in the mills.

Visit open studios in the North Dam Mill, 2 Main Street and see the student work by Biddeford High School and Biddeford Middle School students in the Hallway Gallery.

The Heart of Biddeford at 205 Main Street will be hosting the Maine Crochet Reef Project organizer Gale Bellew and artist Ann Thompson, who will be showing samples of work which will make up the Maine Crochet Reef. The Maine Crochet Reef Project is a satellite of the worldwide hyperbolic crochet reef project created by Margaret and Christine Wertheim of the Institute for Figuring in Los Angeles.

Musicians are also welcome to come jam at the Heart of Biddeford’s office. Show up with an instrument and join in.

“MERC” or “Mainers Recycling Cardboard” will open at Engine, 265 Main Street, during ArtWalk and remain hanging until March 31. Artists and crafters were invited to create 2D and 3D pieces of art with corrugated cardboard as the primary component of the work. The exhibition features work by eighteen Maine artists and crafters.
